The attached plan was produced by residents in conjunction with the Environment Agency and Rossendale Borough Council and was finalised in the Spring of 2010. The plan was tested using a table-top test and the plan is being reviewed as an outcome. Please find the 2010 version of the plan attached. The new plan will be published in a few weeks.
